A full-service international law firm is seeking a Finance and Restructuring Bankruptcy Associate to join their Wilmington, Delaware office. The attorney should have 2-4 years' of experience in bankruptcy and restructuring. The practice group provides strategic legal counsel on a full range of bankruptcy and financial matters including corporate debt restructuring and related litigation matters. The ideal candidate should have an excellent writing skills, superior academics and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. The attorney must be barred in Delaware.
