MUST HAVE CPA and some TAX Provision experience to be consideredPublic and MBA both preferred but not required+++FOUR DAYS IN NYC OFFICE A MUSTPreparing global corporate income tax provision schedules• Preparing tax related financial statement information• Maintaining tax reserve schedules• Compiling, analyzing and reconciling financial information included in global corporate income tax provision• Drafting accounting entries to update income tax accounts in the general ledger• Liaising with outsourced providers in foreign jurisdictions• Researching tax implications of business activities for federal, state and local, and foreign income tax purposes• Developing financial models to analyze potential implications of new legislation or changes to existing business activities• Drafting memos to document tax positions and policies• Compiling, analyzing and reconciling financial information to tax returns• Preparing and providing work papers to outsourced compliance provider for federal, state and local and foreign income tax returns• Reviewing completed income tax returns prepared by outsourced providers• Calculating and remittance of periodic estimated tax payments for federal, state and local, and foreign
