Job Description:

Hexaware is hiring a ServiceNow Architect to oversee implementation and continuously consult our client on best practices and new features being introduced on ServiceNow for some of our large global clients that make extensive use of native products and custom applications built on ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Architect provides vision and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of an innovative and differentiated service management offering.Responsibilities:Work with the client to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape spanning numerous instances.Service Portal design, often in support of custom applicationsHands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email InboundVery good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creationExperienced in defining coding standards, leading upgrades , health scansPrior experience in leading technical governance boards and solution reviewsAbility to design end to end solutions to customer requirementsProvide support of custom applications development and migrationSupport Virtual Agent configuration and developmentExperience in ServiceNow Mobile app developmentWorked on any 3 of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM modulesAdvanced knowledge of CSDM & CMDBKnowledge of integration Hub and flow designer is a MUST.Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices, Custom apps , App Engine , PA.Active CTA /CMA is mandatoryRequirements:8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow requiredAt least 2 of the below required along with an Active CTA or CMA : CIS - ITSM certification preferred Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow) preferred CIS - Risk and Compliance certification preferred CIS - Human Resources certification preferred CIS - Risk and Compliance certification preferred CIS - CSM certification preferred CIS - Security Incident Response certification preferred CIS - Vulnerability Response certification preferredThorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITIL Foundations certification preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork.Self-starter and innovator and willingness to lead.
