Involved in kitting and staging of all material. Reports issues for orders that are not complete.Responsibilities: Pulls and transports stiles and rails per scheduleOperates a forklift around the warehouse Kits and stage materials Scan outgoing material to ensure orders are complete Report issues if order is incompleteConstant communication with all departments and leadershipPerform multiple checks on dimensions to ensure proper quality and high output demandsFollow safety and process proceduresOther duties as assigned by supervisor/managementMinimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GEDExperience: 1-2-year manufacturing and forklift experience Certifications/Licenses: Forklift CertificateKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of handling materials Basic computer (AX) skillsAbility to learn wood speciesAbility to read a tape measure 1/16" and count/multiplyExcellent communication, organization and paperwork skillsFast pacedWork independently with minimal supervisionMust have high attention to detailSafe Production:Masonite strives to maintain a target 0% safety incident rate.
