Job Description:

Riverbend Pediatric Therapy is looking for a BCaBA/ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives. We are a new therapy company in Covington, LA, and we are looking for a BCaBA or BCBA who has some experience in providing ABA therapy. While this is our first ABA Therapy location, ownership has multiple successful medical entities in this area, and many staff members to provide support to the Director. We offer services, including ABA, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy, at our state of the art clinic. Additionally, we also offer services in our clinic, homes, and schools.This position comes with a base salary with a performance bonus structure.Riverbend Pediatric Therapy specializes in providing services for children diagnosed with Autism or other developmental delays and behavioral diagnoses.As a BCaBA / BCBA, you will be responsible for creating customized individual behavioral treatment plans for each child to achieve individual goals and maximize long-term results. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) who work one on one with the clients implementing individualized treatment plans. As a BCaBA / BCBA, you will also be responsible for managing staff and assist in daily operations at the facility, ensuring the highest quality of care is being provided.Qualifications:You must be passionate about making a difference in children's lives.Must be a compassionate leader who works well with others.Hold current BCaBA / BCBA credentials.Masters Degree in Behavioral Health or related field required.Stable work history, ideally with 1+ years as a ABA.Strong coaching, mentoring and communication skills required.Some physical activity may be required in this role when demonstrating appropriate practices and techniques with team members.Must be able to successfully complete a Background Check.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceCompensation package:Bonus opportunitiesSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
