Job Title: Senior Controls EngineerExperience: 5+ years requiredWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in all technical aspects related to control system integration. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful design, implementation, and execution of control systems for our diverse projects.Key Responsibilities:Electrical and Pneumatic Design Leadership:Provide expert direction in electrical and/or pneumatic design, demonstrating proficiency in architectural control system design.CAD Schematic Supervision:Supervise and support the generation of CAD schematics, actively participating in the design phase, and redlining schematics as necessary during both the project development and debugging/startup phases.Programming Proficiency:Utilize your extensive experience in programming various systems, including but not limited to PLC, HMI, Robotic, C++, Visual Basic, etc., ensuring optimal functionality and integration.Team Supervision:Lead and supervise a team of engineers, overseeing panel and field assembly to guarantee that all project requirements are met with the highest quality standards.Startup and Debug Leadership:Take the lead in startup and debug efforts, showcasing your ability to troubleshoot and optimize control systems for peak performance.Customer Support:Provide acceptance, installation, and startup support at customer facilities, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring seamless integration and functionality.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of proven experience in control system integration.Proficiency in CAD software and programming languages such as PLC, HMI, Robotic, C++, Visual Basic, etc.Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a team effectively.Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.If you are a seasoned Controls Engineer with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of successful project delivery, we invite you to apply and contribute to our cutting-edge projects in the field of control system integration.
