Duties and Responsibilities:Prospect and contact potential customers to generate new businessPerform roof inspections to assess for damageProvide excellence in customer serviceSecure account contracts to drive salesEstimate or quote prices, contract terms, warranties, and delivery datesConsult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing supportProvide support to customers with insurance claims and general contracting needs Specific Travel Team Requirements:Be willing to travel to any location within the US to work active stormsWhen working a storm, be willing to work out of that given location for 2-3 months minimum before next assignmentWill be provided weekly stipend to cover gas, housing, and mealsMust provide your own vehicle to drive to the location and prospect for new businessWilling to work in a seasonal capacity and give maximum effort while working active storms Qualifications and KSAs:Outside sales experience required, experience selling door-to-door a plus!Commercial Roofing sales experience preferredPersonable, goal-oriented, sales-driven, self-motivatedMust be comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on roofsMust be willing to network and prospect for new leadsProven negotiation and closing skillsProfessional presentation and written and verbal communication skillsTime management skills Why 4 Star?Outstanding industry reputation (Top 50 Commercial Roofing company in the US)Competitive, uncapped commission structureComprehensive training and sales supportWe conduct weekly sales training and our managers are available to help you along the way to facilitate your success Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
