Our dynamic legal firm is seeking a dedicated professional well-versed in transactional law, particularly within the real estate sector. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex transactions, contribute to high-profile cases, and provide strategic counsel to our diverse clientele. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents including contracts, agreements, deeds, leases, and other legal documents. Provide legal counsel to clients on matters related to real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential risks and legal implications. Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop and implement legal strategies that align with client objectives. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends related to real estate transactions. Ensure all transactional documents and processes are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and strategic counsel.Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 2 years of experience in transactional law, preferably in the real estate sector. Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents. Strong understanding of real estate law and transactions. Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
