An amazing and prestigious rapidly growing retail boutique, seeks a professional and experienced sales assistant. The manager will be joining the team from our busy store. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will work directly under the supervision of our Store Managers, helping to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. You will assist in the hiring, training and supervision of staff, as well as implement operational processes that attract and retain customers while driving sales.If you have knowledge about sales and retail store operations and are also passionate about fashion, ¡We want to hear from you!Job Responsibilities:Assist with all daily responsibilities of a high-volume retail environment, including employee scheduling and training.Your main function and KPI will be Sales; drive sales goals and increase UPT.Help supervise sales associates, ensuring optimal performance, product knowledge and customer satisfaction.Act as a leader in customer service and sales tactics to attract and retain customers by building long-term relationships.Collaborate with merchandising and styling.Maintain expert-level product knowledge.Demonstrate a positive and warm attitude that fosters a strong sense of teamwork.Requirements: Passion for fashion and obsession for SELLING! We need a great salesperson, with a positive, positive attitude, and a proactive mindset.Minimum of 1-2 years as an assistant manager or similar position in a high-volume fashion retail company.Excellent leadership and team building skills; Proven experience training employees in tactics to attract and retain clientele.A positive, outgoing and attractive personality, able to easily initiate contact with all guests and identify their purchasing needs.Open availability to work 5 days (40 hours) per week, including regular weekend shifts and some holidays.Must be able to stand up to 8 hours and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
