"‹Engineering Expertise & Compliance (20%): Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and modifications to existing machinery, ensuring adherence to established standards and regulations. "‹Process Improvement & Efficiency (20%): Employ Lean principles to identify and rectify operational bottlenecks, spearheading initiatives for continuous improvement, enhanced safety, and product quality. "‹Cross-functional Collaboration & Support (20%): Collaborate with multiple departments, offering technical guidance and fostering a harmonized operational environment with shared knowledge.
