They must also have a strong passion for excellent teaching quality and be committed to technology and innovation in the classroom.Responsibilities: Teach in-person classes to students in a small group setting while following Spark Education's curriculum and guidelines.Communicate with parents of students regularly regarding performance.Teach inspiring demo classes to prospective students.Collaborate with educational consultants and business operations teams to ensure smooth student journey.Create a highly engaging teaching enviroment.Motivate students in developing skills, attitudes, and knowledge.Skills and Requirement: Bachelor's degree.Must be a fluent bilingual speaker (English and Chinese) with strong communication skills. Tutoring experiences in small groups OR Elementary school in classroom setting.Availability to work 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility to schedule shifts within the time frame of 2:30 PM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend opportunities may also be available.Have a passion for education and mentoring students.Must be eligible to work in the U.S
