Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent client in Reedsville, PA within the plastics manufacturing industry, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join their team.Operations Supervisor Job SummaryShift: Rotating days and nightsThu, Fri, Sat, every other Sun. dayshift 8 am - 8:15 pmWed, Thu, Fri, every other Sat. night shift 8 pm - 8:15 amPay: $65K-$100KTroubleshoot and adjust molding processes to maintain quality and production standards.Manage production floor operations, including mold setups, manpower utilization, and material efficiencies.Direct real-time and preventative maintenance on equipment; coordinate with Maintenance Staff.Coordinate mold maintenance and repair schedules with the Tooling Team.Provide timely communication for shift changes and submit required reports.Ensure adequate supplies are available; order additional as needed.Ensure fair treatment of employees and provide performance evaluations and feedback.Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Provide ongoing training to employees for continuous improvement.Support Quality Management System adherence.Operations Supervisor QualificationsBachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience.Three to five years processing injection molding experience.Three to five years of supervisory or lead experience.
