RN - Associate Director of NursingLong-term Care CenterExcellent benefits Generous compensation Awesome culture Cross Country Search has tag-teamed with a facility in Southeast Georgia looking to add an Assistant Director of Nursing to their long-term care facility. Those who possess a strong background in clinical leadership experience within an assisted living facility, long-term care center, or related outpatient environment are encouraged to apply!Responsibilities:Maintain clinical accountability for patient care, supervising and providing direct care in a patient care facility, centered around first in class care to adult and geriatric patients.Work collaboratively with the Director of Nursing to maintain high standards in infection control, quality assurance, compliance, and other areas of the facility.Manage workflow promoting a positive environment; staff education, scheduling, and evaluation.Requirements:Over three (3) years of current nursing experience within a long-term care facility.Strong leadership skills with two (2) or more years in an RN - Nurse Manager position.Associate's Degree in Nursing required.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Current unencumbered Georgia Registered Nurse license or COMPACT nursing license. Must obtain GA RN license within three months of starting in the position.
