Job Description:

Position Summary:Leads and supports Set-up team in daily operations. Develops, writes, then sets up programs for CNC machines. Troubleshoot and solve minor to semi-complex problems and issues. Conduct minor root cause analysis.Position Responsibilities:Selects program routines for computer calculation and machining requirements. Maintains better than average productivity.Maintains high accuracy on all functions.Mentors' other employees.Works on complex development and programming for machinery.Full knowledge of machinery process.Has the ability to identify potential issues and resolve efficiently.Escalates issues to supervisor only when out of their knowledge base to resolveProvides guidance or direction, training, and technical assistance to all employees in group.Contributes to employee's development and may have people management responsibilities.Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:Good working knowledge of computer skills needed.Effective time management and organizational skills.Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer drawings, and all technical information.Competencies:Customer Mindset: Exceptional customer experience is primary focus while performing job duties.
