Job Description:

The Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager is responsible for helping the Personal Lines Account Managers and department managers with rating their new business accounts and other account management tasks.ResponsibilitiesThe Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager works directly at the direction of the Personal Lines Account Managers.Answer incoming calls/emails and assist with questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiriesProcess client policy changes , verify coverages, and customer inquiries upon request.Assist with issuing certificates of insurance for our Personal Lines divisionHandle all incoming mail to the Agency as well as Faxing for the Account ManagersAssist with sending out renewal letters, amended documents, cancellations, etc.Update claims and loss update notices to companiesPerform other specific duties as assigned by the personal lines account managerQualificationsMust have an active Property and Casualty Insurance LicenseKnowledge of ImageRight software preferredComfortable answering phones and communicating with clientsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPrior experience in the insurance industryJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental InsuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork setting:In-personOfficeLicense/Certification: State of Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license required.Work Location: In person M-F
