Our Muskogee plant is conveniently located within an hours' drive of many lakes that offer a multitude of options for the outdoor enthusiast.Job DescriptionThe Machine Repair Supervisor is accountable for supervising hourly personnel in all phases of machine repair, maintenance, installation, and rebuilds.The Machine Repair Supervisor Should HavePrior machine repair experienceA strong background in Preventative MaintenanceAbility to recognize failure prior to failing to increase scheduled repairs and reduce downtimeThe Machine Repair Supervisor WillPlan department work schedules and direct assignments of personnel and equipmentAnalyze operations and make recommendations relative to changes in organization, personnel, equipment, department policies, and proceduresConduct inspections of forming equipment including feeder mechanisms, bottle machines, and various types of bottle handling equipmentReview bottle quality and mold equipment operating dataOversee Machine Repair Apprentice programQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentBachelor degree is preferredProficient at reading blueprintsMinimum of 1 year experience supervising people and leading processes in a manufacturing environmentMust be available to respond to unscheduled breakdowns and critical production issues for continuous operations Additional InformationWhat we offer at O-I: Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000 and includes a possible 12% annual incentive bonus.
