Job DescriptionTypical tasks for the Machine Operator include (but are not limited to) the following:Operating machines to seal required productsBoxing, labeling, and placing finished goods onto skids for inventoryReviewing production tickets to ensure quality (packaging, materials, labels, etc.)Inspect and examine products for quality after sealed and before boxedAbility to meet production standardsRecording production data on daily sheetsResponsibilities/ExpectationsCommunicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in personMaintain a good record of attendance and punctualityLearn all jobs/products performed within the departmentPerform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures, and following department specific quality control processes and proceduresTreat people with dignity and respectConduct all business with integrityAdhere to Rust-Oleum corporation quality principles and participate in all departmental and company-wide quality activitiesFollow all safety procedures and company policiesShift: 2nd Shift (3:30pm - 12:00 am Monday - Friday) Pay: $18.46/hour plus $1.50 shift premium Bonus: EligibleFrom big benefits to small, we take care of our associates!
