Job Description:

TSG Water Resources is a leading provider of water and wastewater utility services prevalent across the US, Caribbean, and Latin America. We design, manufacture, and operate water and wastewater treatment plants for hotels, resorts, and private communities, among others.We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. This role involves supervising a small team and ensuring accuracy in accounting and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor a team of 2 financial professionalsEnsure compliance with international tax laws and regulationsManage and oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and accountingOversee shipping, inventory, and basic accounting processesRequirements:Minimum of 10 years of financial experience in a controller roleExceptional proficiency in Excel; candidates must demonstrate advanced skillsThorough understanding of international tax rulesMust be eligible to work in the U.S. (not open to independent contractors)Fluency in Spanish is a plusCertified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is essentialBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferredStrong understanding of accounting principles, shipping, and inventory managementApply directly now or reach out to James Moss through LinkedIn or email jm@ for more information.
