In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of patient care by providing clinical supervision, education, and leadership to our team members.About the RoleProvide clinical supervision to a team of clinicians (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, etc.) specializing in substance abuse treatment.Oversee all clinical documentation to ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and the facility's policies.Conduct regular reviews of clinical records and ensure timely completion.Develop and deliver training programs to address identified needs within the clinical team.Assist staff with resolving program and treatment challenges, including individual and group therapy supervision.Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters professional growth and development.Ensure compliance with CARF and all relevant state and federal regulations.Champion a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect within the team.QualificationsMaster's degree in a mental health field (Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy) preferred.LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or another qualifying Kentucky license (KY specific requirements listed below).LCADC or minimum of 4,000 hours of clinical work experience in substance abuse treatment (Kentucky specific requirement).Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.Strong clinical expertise in substance abuse treatment.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to provide effective clinical supervision through individual and group settings.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR/EHR systems.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Kentucky Specific RequirementsMust meet licensure requirements as outlined in KAR 1.370 Section 10.Complete 12 hours of specialized training in clinical supervision within 6 months of hire, followed by 3 hours annually.Complete 10 hours of training in alcohol and other drug abuse counseling annually.Meet A&D training requirements as outlined in KAR 1.370 Section 10.
