This includes performing hands-on repairs and maintenance, coordinating and supervising service contractors, assisting with building improvements, ensuring preventive maintenance programs are implemented and followed, and providing general support to the facilities team.Requirements:3+ years of commercial building experience; intermediate-level HVAC and electrical knowledgeAbility to perform necessary physical activities to maintain the propertyAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including being on-call for emergencies during evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong customer service orientationStrong organizational, decision-making, and written and oral communication skillsProficiency in Building Management System (BMS) and work order software, internet, email, Word, and ExcelSystems Maintenance Administrator (SMA) or Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT) designation a plusMaintenance of inventory of building supplies and materialsAssisting with coordination of annual inspections and preventative maintenanceSubmitting reports and documentation of building systems and proceduresAbility to work in various weather conditions to ensure property safetyAssisting with post-construction warranty items and follow-upEqual Opportunity Employer: Spot On Talent is an equal opportunity employer.
