Job Description:

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will perform service and maintenance tasks on commercial HVAC equipment.Job DutiesPerform assigned HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting task safely in commercial and industrial settingsService, diagnose and troubleshoot various types of split systems, packaged rooftop, and chillersUtilize electrical and mechanical diagnostic skillsPerform preventative maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC equipment as neededComplete required electronic documentation daily on a handheld deviceWork independently to complete assigned tasks within an allotted time frameOperate company vehicle to complete service calls in a specified territoryRequirements5 or more years of experience repairing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC equipmentEPA universal certificationAnalytical and problem-solving skillsCommunication and customer service skillsExperience with chilled water or boiler systems preferredOSHA 10 certification (the company will provide if needed)Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.Additional RequirementsMaintain a positive, cooperative, and teachable attitudeInitiative; self-motivated (driven), self-starterComplies and promotes company Safety PolicyRequires basic mechanical aptitude and English language skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsRegular and punctual attendance.
