Job Description:

As a Pipe Foreman, you will be involved with managing commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects and assist with project needs including material management, personnel, schedules and communication with project management team, customers and building officials.Job DutiesKnowledge of project schedule/milestones, submittals, contract documents (addenda, specifications, drawings) and in-house shop drawingsAbility to coordinate with other trades to complete HVAC/piping installations within project scope and scheduleExperience managing project crews to install HVAC pipingAccountable for the safe performance of personnel and equipmentUnderstanding and complies with the company tool policy and can pass these values to less experienced employeesInvolved with completing required electronic documentations including daily reports, next week plans, accident reports, disciplinary reports, etc.Able to install piping systems to include chilled, hot and steam pipingAble to work off ladders, man lifts and other equipment from various heightsPerform other related duties or special projects as assignedRequirements8 or more years of experience as a pipe/welding foreman on commercial construction projects preferred6G certification requiredExperience supervising job site personnel - Journeyman and ApprenticeExperience installing chillers, boilers and cooling towersExperience installing chilled, hot and steam pipingOSHA 30 certification preferred (company will provide if needed)High school diploma or GED preferredAdditional RequirementsMaintain a positive, cooperative, and teachable attitudeInitiative; self-motivated (driven), self-starterComplies and promotes company Safety PolicyAnalytical and problem-solving skillsRegular and punctual attendance.
