Job Description:

Dassault Falcon Jet is building a state of the art 54,000 square foot flagship Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility at the Melbourne Orlando International Airport (KMLB) in Melbourne, Florida. Dassault Falcon Jet will serve customers across North and South America and beyond, the complex will accommodate all current Falcon models, (including the new, ultra-long-range Falcon 10X, the largest purpose-built business jet), and will be capable of performing major maintenance and modifications on up to 18 Falcon models.Dassault Falcon Jet in Melbourne, FL is seeking a full time Manager of Digital Transformation who will drive change by leveraging a mix of digital technologies and accelerating its impact across the Customer Service MRO Organization, both internally and externally, in a strategic and prioritized manner. The team members are responsible for collaborating within the Organization, the rest of the company (including the parent company and subsidiaries), as well as Business Partners. Additionally, the team will be responsible for providing all aspects of support to its customers, from requirements definition and specification, integration testing, training materials development and deployment, and incident management tracking and resolution.Principal DutiesResponsible for analyzing complex business problems, proposing effective solutions and applying the appropriate business vision/direction to solve those problems.Work with senior leadership in defining/implementing direction of overall digital strategy.Work with business partners in identifying opportunities to improve business processes, present new initiatives at industry/company events and correct issues that arise.Accountable for effective resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change aligned with resource availability and business requirements.Work with MIS Operations team to regularly monitor and review site performance against SLAs.Apply change management process (including Change Impact Assessment/Change Action Plan) to support process acceptance/adoption.Ensure best practices and processes across digital team for consistent delivery of digital projects.Responsible for delivery reporting to digital management team, product owners and key stakeholdersLead/mentor team members with varying levels of experience.Develop policies, procedures and training tools (online) for Customer Service organization, recognizing the impact of multinational/lingual customers and business base. These policies will maintain/improve departmental efforts related to ISO compliance.Other duties assigned by management to meet department objectives.Non-Principal DutiesWeb content management experienceSQL database and ETL experienceAgile methodology experienceMinimum QualificationsBS degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent experienceMinimum of ten (10) years of related business analysis experienceMinimum of five (5) years of supervisory/program management experienceStrong customer skills to collaborate in defining needs, addressing issues and answering questions.Comprehensive knowledge of Aircraft Information Systems including technical documentation, EFB and maintenance applicationsStrong prioritization and organizational skillsAble to maintain several projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing customer expectations throughout project lifecycle.Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), having thorough understanding of various phases including requirements, analysis, design, development, testing and implementationAdditional Desired QualificationsInformation Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation CertificationBusiness Systems Analyst Certification a plusWorking knowledge of French culture and languageUnderstanding the Dassault culture and its differencesMinimum of three (3) years of P&L responsibilityProject management experienceStrong presentation skillsWorking ConditionsOffice environmentRequired to travel domestically and internationally including but not limited to France and Brazil.Currently possess a passport and global entry.
