Job Description:

Terraphase is seeking candidates for a senior-level Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP). The desired individual can provide strategic and technical support on client projects and effectively support business development efforts within the firm's growing environmental investigation/remediation and litigation support service areas. The role entails significant responsibilities for client engagement, project management, and staff development. Projects will commonly involve multidisciplinary engagements where effective collaboration and communication with a team of consulting scientists and engineers will be expected/needed. The location for this position is flexible.The RoleConduct comprehensive environmental site assessments and investigations.Develop and implement remediation plans in accordance with applicable regulations.Provide technical expertise and guidance on environmental compliance issues.Prepare and submit regulatory documents, reports, and permit applications.Oversee and manage field staff and contractors during site remediation activities.Collaborate with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure project success.Stay up-to-date with changing environmental regulations and industry best practices.Who You AreCandidates should hold an advanced degree in toxicology, environmental or chemical engineering, environmental health, environmental science, biology, chemistry, or similar field15+ years of experience in applied human health and/or ecological risk assessmentStrong commitment to client service and professional developmentStrong reputation among clients and peers for creativity, integrity, responsiveness, and technical expertiseStrong technical skills in environmental fate and transport, statistics and spatial analysisExcellent technical writing and oral communication skillsExperience leading project teams and supervising the work of othersAbility to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projectsAbility to work effectively independently as well as a member of a teamWho We AreWe are an environmental consulting company that offers cost-effective solutions to complex environmental and engineering challenges.
