We are looking for an experienced sales representative for a Store Sales Manager! We are a well established company with over 50 years of experience within the Automotive Industry.SUMMARY:Provides quality customer service to customers through the proper usage of all sales procedures. Answers telephone and sets up appointment times for customers, utilizing Telephone Procedures.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs a high volume of warm calls to potential customers (must have excellent phone sales and the ability to complete a one-call close)Engages and consults incoming customers, both in-person and over the phone, to successfully generate and close salesEffectively establishes and maintains customer relationshipsConsistently meets/exceeds established sales targetsFollows AAMCO sales proceduresProvides service recommendationsPerforms workflow managementQUALIFICATIONS:2 to 5 years of experience working in a direct sales roleExperience being in a base salary plus commission roleSome retail experience preferredStrong communication skills
