Job Description:

Commercial HVAC /Industrial/Plumbing Estimator/Project ManagerDirect hire (selected candidate will go directly onto the payroll of our customer)!Up to $85,000/Year Paid Medical and Dental, Simple IRA with company contribution, paid holidays and vacation General Duties: -Review bid documents and construction sites-Accurately apply labor to bid pricing-Manage vendor and subcontractor bids-Make bid quotation conform to bid requirements-Communicate with installers-Build relationships with owners, contractors, vendors and subcontractors-Order materials and equipment-Review project costs on a regular basis-Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work-Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components. Requirements: -Thorough understanding of commercial plumbing systems, installation and codes-Four years or more commercial plumbing estimating experience which includes project management-Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel-Valid Drivers License
