Our chefs source and purchase the best local and regional ingredients to prepare and serve menus rooted in the freshest Gulf Seafood. About the Job:As Executive Sous Chef, you will execute contemporary, seasonal seafood dishes with enthusiasm, precision and detail. You will oversee all stations in the kitchen and will jump in when needed. You will mentor our culinary staff and actively participate in menu planning and dish creation.
