ACTIVELY HIRING ALL SHIFTS!!! - MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 90 POUNDS****Please complete full application and answer the hiring questions to be selected.As a Warehouse Loader you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively alongside others to prepare items for shipment and arrange products onto vehicles for transportation; all while utilizing safe work practices and producing quality results to meet the Company's on time in full (OTIF) objectives.90 pounds is the same as a large bag of concrete, a punching bag OR about 3 cinder blocksWhat You'll DoESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Loads and secures product in vehiclesApplies proper ergonomic techniques to maneuver material weighing in excess of 90 pounds throughout the warehouse and onto vehiclesScans labels to document placement of productCompares items packed with customer's order and other identifying dataIdentify missing, lost, or damaged material and immediately notify SupervisorCompletes storage and material flow/shipment tasks, and develops an understanding of packaging needsEnsures all products are safely and securely packed and labeled for shippingDemonstrates safe operation of conveyance equipmentAssists with the training of newly hired Team MembersFollows a range of mandatory work instructions to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and othersDevelop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standardsCheck out a sample view of our Warehouse Operations here, .Many other great benefits come along with employment at PGT Innovations.
