We are searching for an experienced 3rd Shift Chem Polish/ Chrome at our Eureka facility.Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesCompetitive Benefits Package that includes:2nd and 3rd shift includes shift premium incentiveHealth Insurance with Prescription Drug CoverageDental InsuranceVision InsuranceCompany paid Basic Life InsuranceVoluntary Term Life InsuranceCompany paid Short Term & Long Term Disability Insurance401k Retirement Savings Plan with Company match.10 Paid Holidays per yearPaid VacationGenerous Tuition Reimbursement ProgramPrimary ResponsibilityChemically remove burr from Flexible Dies/Operate NC/CNC Surface Grinders.Duties And ResponsibilitiesClean and practice safe operating procedures for NC/CNC grinders.Work with and safely handles hazardous chemicals.Maintain chemical baths.Calculate machine feeds, speeds, and offsets.Inspect flexible dies using microscopesMeasure using precision equipment and maintain tight tolerances on flex dies to a minimum of +/- .0001 (.0025mm)Move product to other departments based on product type.Maintain department production goals and quality standards.Clearly identify and communicate any mechanical or chemical issues to supervisor and lead person.Complete chemical titrations and record information accuratelyPrioritize work as outlined by supervision, and work instructions.Wear proper PPE gear while in work area.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesRequired Qualifications:Ability to multi-task, and prioritize work accordinglyAbility to read and use precision measuring equipment.Proficient skills in simple mathBasic computer skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
