THIS IS A 3rd SHIFT, 2:2:3 SCHEDULEJoin a globally recognized leader in tire manufacturing and innovation! We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and enhance our state-of-the-art industrial facilities. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety and efficiency are paramount.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain equipment across four distinct plant areas, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.Proactively identify potential machine failures and coordinate with teams to prevent downtime.Perform installations, adjustments, and repairs on a variety of machinery, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.Document all maintenance activities, utilizing basic computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel.Requirements:Industrial Maintenance Technical Degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience.Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance, with a strong focus on hydraulics.Proficiency in pneumatics and power transmission systems.Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.Must be familiar with safety regulations and capable of working with a maintenance team.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive hourly rate of up to $39 hr (Depending on experience).Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.Opportunities for overtime and additional compensation.Work Hours and Environment:3rd shift schedule: 2-2-3 rotating pattern, from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.Training initially on 1st shift for a minimum of 2 months (6:30 AM to 3:30 PM).Work involves exposure to loud noise, chemicals, and moving machinery requiring the use of PPE which is provided.Why Join Us?Be part of a team that values safety and quality, working in an industry-leading facility known for its cutting-edge technology and innovative practices.Enjoy a supportive work environment where your skills and contributions are valued and where every day offers a new challenge.Take the next step in your maintenance career by joining a team that's dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement.
