Weld Supervisor / Weld ManagerOur client, a $4B manufacturing market leader has an immediate andurgent direct hire Welding Engineering Supervisor / Weld Manager opening for a start up facility outsideAlbuquerque. This manufacturing plant will begin hiring in Q1 of 2024 andeventually get to about 250 employees. It is a ground floor opportunity totruly make a difference and set the function up correctly from the start.Tremendous support will come from corporate and other plants, but this rolereally blends a hands on tactical doer approach with the creative side of creating a brand new welding program.Technical experience with FCAW, SAW, GMAW, AWS D1.1, and CWI highly valued.Very visible role, very creative role, very exciting role.
