Company Description Cornerstone is a private group psychotherapy and treatment practice with 10 therapists who are all independent contractors with total control over their hours and days as well as which clients they choose to add to their caseload. Cornerstone is well known and respected for its outpatient treatment program for men struggling with cybersex addiction and infidelity and spouses and partners experiencing betrayal trauma. Cornerstone also treats all other mental health issues and relationship issues. Role Description Cornerstone Therapy and Recovery Center, P.A. in St. Paul, MN is currently seeking a Contract Psychotherapist to join our team. This is a hybrid role with the majority of work taking place within the office, but with some flexibility in remote work. The Contract Psychotherapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to clients, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Master's or doctorate degree in psychology, counseling or social work from an accredited universityCurrent professional licensure in the state of Minnesota (LPCC, LMFT, LP, LICSW, or other related license)2-5 years of experience in a clinical settingStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a teamKnowledge of evidence-based practices and techniques for treating a variety of mental health concernsExperience in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and management of suicidal and self-injurious behaviorsKnowledge and ability to comply with HIPAA laws and regulationsAbility to maintain accurate and detailed client records and treatment plans This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and licensed clinician to join a dynamic and growing practice.
