Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has immediate openings for an Unlawful Detainer/Eviction Attorney in its Northern California offices. Candidates may work remotely but will be required to make in person appearances depending on Court appearance rules. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of litigation experience. Entry level candidates with 0-2 years are encouraged to apply as well. Excellent academic credentials, with proven skills in writing and verbal communication, analysis and research, and a commitment to superior client service are required. Position offers candidates a unique opportunity to work directly with clients, handle cases from intake to trial or settlement, and gain invaluable trial experience.
