Develops, implements, and facilitates Trainee Employee Assistance Program prevention groups and programsProvides counseling, relapse prevention, and prevention educationNetworks with center staff and community agencies to provide support services to students. Participates in department system for student feedback and concernsAssists in developing center operating procedures for program componentsWorks with the Center Mental Health Consultant, Center Physician, Health Services staff and other designated staff to ensure intervention components are fully understood and integrated in the centerWorks in conjunction with the Recreation Department to assist in developing leisure activities and incentives to reinforce Trainee Employee Assistance Program lifestyleActs as liaison to Center Mental Health Consultant and Center Standards Officer for Trainee Employee Assistance Program issuesPerforms quality assurance record audits. Maintains Trainee Employee Assistance Program statistics for quarterly reporting to Department Of LaborAssures collection and handling comply with chain of custody proceduresSupports Center Tobacco Use Prevention Program through education and trainingOther duties as assignedQualificationsLCDC II Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Licensed IIHigh School Diploma Experience working with youthStrong written and verbal English language skills and English language comprehension.Strong organizational skills.Computer proficiencyA valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving recordAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
