Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit DescriptionReporting to the Kids Club Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Ensure the Kids' Club is clean and in impeccable order at all times.Supervise, organize and control groups of children up to capacity with appropriate staffAssist in training, supervision, and evaluations of Kids' Club colleagues.Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with the Kids' Club team.Tracks and receives supplies and ensure they are readily available for Kids' Club colleagues.Actively manage fiscal responsibilities; including but not limited to:Track payroll, revenue and expense budgetsSubmit profit and loss statements to managementCreate and process check requests for vendorsComplete billingOrganize, arrange and oversee all Kids Club Special eventsBirthday partiesHoliday events (Halloween, Easter, Christmas Gala)Organize Kids Club activity calendar, assist team in developing, evaluating and improving activities.Appropriately communicate with parents and addresses member concerns.Communicate with staff, upper management and interdepartmental managers to facilitate Kids' Club events.Attend weekly leadership meetingsQualificationsBachelor's Degree and/or previous leadership experience preferredMinimum 2 years' experience in the child care industryMinimum 1 year experience in managementCPR and First Aid certification requiredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline preferredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications requiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdditional InformationPhysical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:Frequent standing and walking throughout shiftOccasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, sittingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsHourly Rate: 25.89 USD Gross per hour
