I am currently working with a leading regional law firm, who are actively looking to recruit a partner to join their growing Commercial Real Estate group in Kansas City.Job Description:The group is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Partner to join it's Kansas City office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services to clients.Responsibilities:Handle high level transactions with regional and national clients.Assist in the further development of the firm's real estate practice.Network and develop new clients in both Missouri, Kansas and the wider region.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the Missouri and/or Kansas state bar.A minimum of 8 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law.Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.A book of portable business is required.The firm is offering the successful candidate:Leading compensation packages - including multiple bonus streams.Bespoke hybrid working arrangements.The opportunity to be a key part of the firm's growing real estate practice.
