How You'll Contribute:Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Tax Research Manager to join our dynamic team of Estate & Trust Tax professionals in Boca Raton. Our Managers supervise staff and lead several complex engagements at the same time.Perform technical researchAssist with estate planning - reviewing wills, drafting memos, building flow charts for clients, summarizing memos for family law clients, etc.Assist with managing engagements from start to finish: proposals, budgets, WIPS, timely billing and collection, etc.Achieve team and individual budget and performance objectivesMaintain expert technical standardsProactively identify client needsMentor, train, and develop staffLead by example: demonstrate a positive, team-player attitude and professional appearanceSeek leadership roles in professional, business, or community organizationsWhat Skills You'll Bring:3+ years of experience with tax or legal research projectsCPA or JD LLMExperience juggling multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to train and mentor staffAdept at handling client relationships, independentlyHow You'll Stand Out:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work overtime during peak times of the year We embrace authenticity.
