About YOU: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our firm. You should have a passion for seeking justice for those who have been injured. You are able to manage a full caseload of workers' compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity. The ideal candidate will be opening new files, creating litigation plans, conducting discovery, making court appearances, and trying cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction. Must have active State Bar membership in good standing. Experience as a Workers' Compensation Attorney preferred. Your Responsibilities Will Include: -Providing legal support and guidance -Meeting with clients -Finding solutions to legal matters -Communicating with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs to help provide them with essential pieces of advice -Strategizing on how to resolve the clients' cases in a most favorable manner -Enlightening clients about legal options and informing them of all possible outcomes or hazards-Staying informed about any changes or updates in the law or legal procedures -Building trustworthy relationships with clients -Preparing legal documents such as correspondence, demands, pleadings, and memoranda in a timely and accurate manner -Litigating cases from inception to completionRequirements: -Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representation -Must have knowledge of applicable federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Adaptable and comfortable in fast paced environment -Ability to work with a team of support staffEducation: -JD required -Barred in the State of FloridaExperience: -2-4 years' experience in Workers' Compensation Law -Management experience a plus -Must have experience answering discovery, trial, and mediation preparation.In return, we offer a competitive salary and bonus structure, comprehensive benefits package, and a collaborative work environment where your talents and expertise will be recognized and rewarded.
