Overview:This is a leader in Grinding and Automated System Technologies, located out of Plainfield, IL. The company has been investing a lot into the facility, providing growth and stability along the way.Most of the panels are not built in-house, they're outsourced. However, we integrate all the panels into the machinery which requires a lot of knowledge regarding panel assembly, wire termination, grounding, wire harness integration, and more.Responsibilities:· Construct, test, and install, electrical panels, systems, and components· Pull parts out of inventory using a machine/panel BOM· Wire and troubleshoot new and old machines· Troubleshoot and repair equipment in the field· Commission new machines· Courteous to customers and co-workersRequirements:· 1 or more years of electrical experience· Able to read and understand electrical schematics· Be familiar with and maintain knowledge of NEMA, NEC, NFPA, UL and IEC codes· Ensure systems and components meet established specifications· Able to route and bundle wires and cables to established standards· Experienced with voltage range up to 600 Volts· Skilled in the use of measuring, diagnostic, and hand tools· Knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems· Basic motor control knowledge and AC drive programing· Able to lift 50 pounds
