LHH is seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager to join a US-based manufacturer in Sumner, WA. The Accounting & Finance Manager will have 3 direct reports and primarily be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting and forecasting to help guide business decisions.Responsibilities:Gather and evaluate financial reports, overseeing the company's financial health.Create operational budgets for both monthly and yearly periods.Supervise a small team, ensuring accurate cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Establish cost monitoring systems for manufacturing and support cost accounting within the ERP system.Implement and oversee financial controls, generating regular financial performance indicators for senior management.Conduct financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and data assessment for company growth initiatives.Collaborate with company ownership on tax planning, investment decisions, and cash flow management.REQUIRED Qualifications/Experience:5+ years of Accounting & Finance leadership experience within a manufacturing setting3+ years of leadership experience with direct reportsFP&A fluency (budgeting, modeling, forecasting, etc.)KPI development and trackingCost accounting knowledge as it related to WIP, COGS, inventory, AP, AR, and multi-state payrollKnowledge of federal, state, local, city, municipality and county tax detailsNice-to-have Experience:Netsuite ERP experienceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent knowledge of US GAAP accountingSelf-starter with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong Excel skillsEmployment Type: Full-time, PermLocation: Sumner, WA (fully onsite/in-office)Compensation & Benefits:Base salary of $135k-$165k DOE + 7% bonusMedical, Dental, Vision, IRA plan with 3% matchCompetitive PTO allotment and paid holidaysFree onsite parking and flexible work hours
