WCCA seeks a Health & Nutrition Coordinator for our Head Start & Early Head Start Programs. This Full-Time position will be based in Harlan, IA and is employed year-round. The Health & Nutrition Coordinator is responsible to oversee the Child Nutrition Component of the Head Start program in accordance with CACFP/USDA regulations, Head Start Performance Standards, and the agency and program's Policies and Procedures. They also oversee the Health component of the program. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a health, nutrition or a related field is required. Minimum of 2 years applicable experience are considered ideal and required. If candidate hired holds professional licensure, they will be required to maintain current licensure in their profession. Strong attention to detail, organizational and strong computer skills desired. This position may be eligible for the Federal Loan Forgiveness Program. Coordinator's are required to be able to drive agency vehicles and hold a current valid driver's license, and auto liability insurance as required.
