Job Description:

Beverly Hills based Personal Injury firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5-7 years of experience from a law firm specializing in plaintiff personal injury matters. The paralegal will aid in all trial preparation needs for the plaintiff, personal injury cases and this position requires the ability to work under minimal supervision. Candidates must have knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure, principles of spelling and grammar, and has the ability to meet deadlines under time constraints.This person will monitoring statute of limitation dates for filing lawsuits and government claim deadlines, prepare summons and complaints, statement of damages, applications for publication, guardian ad litem applications, etc., serve defendants, prepare all trial documents, including trial binders, coordinating trial testimony, draft and handlecorrespondence and e-mails, manage calendar, organize files and meet with clients.
