Ranked among the top Construction Managers nationwide according to Engineering News Record, our client specializes in providing Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental, Architectural, Land Construction Surveying, and Program Management Solutions to a wide array of public and private sector clients.In line with our ongoing expansion, we are currently in search of a Licensed Survey Technician to contribute to various projects spanning across New York and New Jersey.Key Responsibilities:Generating mapping utilizing computer design and drafting survey softwareCreating topographic, boundary, utility, as-built, ROW, and ALTA mappingConducting survey calculations, data uploading, downloading, and processing in the fieldAnalyzing and plotting boundary maps and descriptionsConducting record research for boundary and utility informationCollaborating with design teams to meet demanding project schedulesQualifications:Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Land SurveyorLicensure in New York and New Jersey is mandatoryProficiency in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GISExcellent communication skillsAbility to interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawingsCapability to analyze boundary evidence and survey resolutionsProficient in Construction Layout computations and calculationsKnowledgeable in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processesWe offer a competitive salary based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
