Employee discounts And more....     Responsibilities - Auto Body Shop General Manager: Oversee collision repairs, employees and daily body shop operations Coordinate daily collision repair production to meet deadlines and maintain strict quality standards. Hire, manage and schedule work for body shop employees Appraise auto body damage, writes cost estimate for repair  Check quality of completed work Maximize profit, control expenses Manage Direct Repair Programs for insurance companies.
