COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS  ER Psychiatry (PSY) Evening shift: $323K + RVU Incentive Eligibility and incentive pay Overnight 10:30 pm-8am (3 day/12-hour shift) CME: $3,000 + 5 days PTO: 14 paid holidays+ 30 more days off including sick time. (accrues yearly)  Relocation: Relocation assistance dependent on SBUH & IRS guidelines Sign-on: Offered Educational repayment: Non-Profit Employer, assistance with PSLF, and dependent on eligibility. Clinical experience with Psychiatric patients in a Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program or other Psychiatric Emergency Setting.
