You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of elementary students in grades prekindergarten through fifth while supporting and assisting classroom teachers with supervision or providing other campus assistance as needed. If there is a vacancy in a classroom, you may have the opportunity to step in and lead the class. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain school and classroom experience! You will also Implement curriculum Collaborate with other faculty and staff members Assist in classroom management and behavior Provide support in the classroom or office as needed What We Are Looking For Applicants for this position must have completed six early childhood education units in Child Development and Child Family and Community and have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Prior classroom experience is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for contributing to the educational growth and development of elementary students   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
