REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge, basic employment skills, High School Diploma, GED equivalent or High School Certificate. Must have Maryland Pharmacy Technician Certification. National certification (PTCB or ExCPT Certificate). College courses desirable but not mandatory. 3 years of pharmacy experience or currently enrolled as pharmacy/medical school student. Within three months of hire, must successfully complete training related to IV admixture: Phase 1-Classroom training, Phase 2: Practical Lab Training, Phase 3: Mathematical and Practical Examination/Evaluation.
