This company has fantastic leadership, great benefits, and a mission to provide excellence service to its customers.If interested, please apply for this Plant Controller position.Plant Controller Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for timely, accurate and efficient accounting close on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis- Ensures accuracy of the companys financial status and reported results in addition to investigation and explanation of book to physical adjustments- Completes accounting functions on a day-to-day basis including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, treasury management, procurement, and general ledger accounting- Facilitates accounting departments use of CRMs and various other company applications and integrates software into accounting processes and procedures- Performs technical accounting issue research and resolution as necessary- Creates annual business plan in conjunction with the Plant Manager in addition to annual budget and financial forecastingPlant Controller Job Requirements:- Bachelors degree in accounting- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience- 3+ years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry- Manufacturing industry experience in accounting#INAPR2024#LI-LS1
