Our counselors are trained to work with people from all walks of life, and we offer faith-based approaches for Christian clients who want to restore their trust in God, others, and themselves without being preachy, religious, or judgmental.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site role located in Keller, TX for a Counselor at Redefine LLC. The counselor will provide individual, couple, children and family counseling, assessing clients needs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote mental health and wellness. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, has excellent communication skills, and is willing to be trained in Christian counseling techniques.ResponsibilitiesDuties include but are not limited *****Ensure all clinical documentation in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is up to date daily, including treatment planning, progress notes, and assessments.Must carry a malpractice insurance policy for 1,000,000/3,000,000 aggregate coverage and maintain state licensure in Texas.Attend regular staff meetings to enhance treatment skills.Able to work at least one evening or Saturday a week.Participates in quarterly and annual review of clinical issues and program policies and procedures.Adhere to the Redefine dress code as defined in our written policies and procedures.Keep work area clean and sanitized.Perform counseling duties per the rules of the Behavioral Health Executive Counsel in the State of Texas.BenefitsFlexible schedulingCompetitive payCommunity atmosphere of serving togetherGroup private practice setting, collaboration with peersOn-Site Clinical SupervisionCutting edge faith-based fully clinical placement (will train in faith-based interventions, specifically Christian counseling)Fully furnished officesBilling and Administrative support servicesPart-time and full-time positions available, W-2 or 1099QualificationsMasters degree in Counseling or related field from an accredited institutionState licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in Texas, must have ability to practice independently (No associates at this time)Coordinate services with medical personnel, families, case managers, school personnel or other Redefine staff as neededExperience working with individuals, couples and groups, providing counseling, and assessing clients mental health needsAbility to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgroundsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skillsCommitment to ongoing professional development and trainingExperience with faith-based counseling is preferred but not required.
