You will need to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze forecast variances, identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, and deliver successfully against high organizational standards. The candidate should be able to apply a breadth of tools, data sources, and analytical techniques to answer a wide range of high-impact business questions and present the insights in concise and effective manner.Key AccountabilitiesCreation sales short and long-term forecastsAnalysis on Honda wholesale and retail performance relative to the industryData dashboard creation and managementMonitoring retail boat sales by type and manufacturerProvide sales management with direct support on reportingQualifications, Experience, and SkillsBachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fieldMarine industry experience or knowledge preferredMust have comprehensive MS Office skills with significant emphasis on MS Excel.
